The design, code, original texts, brand and arrangement of contents belong to their owner. Reused public data keeps its own regime, described in the next section.

4. Reuse of public-sector information

Auction notices come from the Official State Gazette (BOE) and the Auction Portal, and cadastral data from the Directorate-General for the Cadastre. They are reused under Spanish Law 37/2007, citing the source, linking to the official document and without altering their meaning. This reuse does not imply that those bodies sponsor or endorse the service.
